Our story began in 1933, when Uncle Bill Cusack opened a small wholesale meat packing plant in Oklahoma City. He built his reputation by providing top-quality meats to local restaurants, hotels and hospitals and quickly became known for his craftsmanship and care. When our father returned from World War II in 1945, he joined Uncle Bill in the business. By the following year, Dad had taken over full time, and with the support of his wife, Ella Mae, they grew both the family - and the company. What started with one man and an apron has grown into dedication to quality and tradition. Today, we are proud to continue that legacy as a Certified Angus Beef® distributor since 1985, offering only the finest cuts of beef along with our signature Hickory Smoked Meats. Cusack Meats is still family-owned and operated today and still committed to bringing bold flavor, trusted quality, and the spirit of tradition shipped directly to your front door.
